Shanoo Moses – Managing Director
She is an Engineering graduate in Electrical & Electronics and has done an Executive Management Program from IIM, Lucknow. With an initial experience in teaching Engineering, she moved on to entrepreneurship in the social sector, people being her passion. She started her entrepreneurship with a Non Profit doing Microfinance in 2006. After eight and a half years of experience, today she is Managing Director of Vindhyanchal Finlease Pvt. Ltd, a Non Banking Finance Company giving Loans.
Mrs. Smitha Rajan, Deputy manager (IT, MIS)
Mrs. Smitha Rajan has a total work experience of 10 years and has been engaged with various legal entitities with a majority of the organisations sharing their objectives with PCCS. Mrs. Rajan made her way to the management team through a series of promotions starting from the Senior Executive to Deputy Manager.
